Amy Rodgers has 20 years of HR experience in the composites industry with a focus on leading organizations through growth and developing talent to drive performance based cultures. Prior to joining Citadel, she served in various global HR and business partner roles as the Director of HR at Bulk Molding Compounds and Vice President of Rodgers Engineering Corporation.

Fran Zappitelli
President, Thermosets
Fran Zappitelli joined Citadel in 2008 through the acquisition of BMCI. Mr. Zappitelli currently serves as President of Thermosets and is responsible for all global business operations. Prior to serving in his current role, Mr. Zappitelli served as Executive Vice President of BMCI from 1980 to 2010. Fran also served as a research chemist with Premix from 1978 to 1980. Mr. Zappitelli earned his MBA from Northern Illinois University in 1987 and his BS in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University in 1977. |

Kevin Andrews
President, Thermoplastics
Kevin Andrews is responsible for leading all Matrixx Group operations worldwide, managing operational performance and driving new business development and growth initiatives. Mr. Andrews brings a diverse tenure from his background as CEO of Moll Industries. Prior to Moll, Mr. Andrews had an extensive career with the General Electric Co, serving as GM for the West Region of GE PLastics and also their Global Products Manager for the ABS business. He holds a bachelor's degree in plastic's engineering from the Univ. of Mass Lowell. |
