Thermoset Plastics are polymer materials that irreversibly cure form, either through heat, chemical reaction or irradiation. Thermoset Plastics are well suited for applications requiring heat resistant, load bearing capabilities. Citadel's Plastics Thermoset technology is unique in that it incorporates substantial physical properties with a limitless color palette and can be processed using efficient, contemporary techniques. Citadel Plastics' Thermoset technologies are manufactured through Bulk Molding Compounds Inc.

Thermoplastics

A category of plastic that melts to a liquid when heated and then sets to a solid, and glassy state when cooled, Thermoplastics can be soft, remoldable and weld-able when heat is applied.

Citadel manufactures Thermoplastics through The Matrixx Group, Inc and Aclo Compounders.
